1.The Project Implementation Department for the "Hospital Infrastructure Improvement and Modernization Program" under the Ministry of Health of the Kyrgyz Republic (Client) hereby requests that you submit a price proposal(s) for the services described in the Scope of Services attached as Appendix A to these documents. However, if you were involved in the preparation of this Scope of Services , which is the subject of this request, you will be disqualified.
