Tender description : Tenders Are Invited for Supply of marine diesel oil of the ISO-F-DMA category for vessels operated by the Maritime Border Guard Unit Supply of ISO-F-DMA marine diesel fuel for vessels operated by the Maritime Border Guard Unit Description: The subject of the order is the supply of ISO-FDMA marine diesel fuel for vessels operated by the Maritime Border Guard Unit, in accordance with the Description of the Subject of the Order, constituting Chapter 2 of the Terms of Reference. Oil deliveries will be made from the date of contract conclusion until December 15, 2028. The Ordering Party allows for partial bids, number of lots: 3. The general description applies to all lots of the order: 1) Depending on the Ordering Party's needs, the Ordering Party reserves the right to reduce the maximum quantity of marine diesel fuel. 2) The minimum quantity of marine diesel fuel ordered is 50% for each lot of the order. 3) A single delivery of marine diesel fuel will not be less than 6,000 kg. 4) A discrepancy of plus or minus 2% between the ordered quantity and the delivered quantity of marine diesel fuel is permitted. 5) Settlement of deliveries will be made using the price for the quantity specified in mass units - kilograms. 6) The delivered marine diesel fuel will be received in dm³ at actual temperature according to the readings of a certified measuring device (in accordance with applicable metrological regulations), and will then be converted according to the actual density determined on the basis of a certified measuring device into mass units - kilograms. 7) In the case of marine diesel fuel delivered to fuel station tanks and directly to vessels, receipt will be made according to the readings of certified measuring devices included in the equipment of the means of transport. 8) Marine gas oil must meet the requirements specified for light marine fuels of the ISO-FDMA category according to the international standard ISO 8217 or equivalent, where the sulfur content must not exceed 0.1% m/m, the density measured at 15ºC must be within the range of 820.0-845.0 kg/m³, and the flash point must be above 61ºC. 9) If the specification (including its annexes) refers to the international standard ISO 8217, which marine gas oil must meet, this standard is exemplary due to the fact that an equivalent solution is permitted.
