Electronic open tender above the thresholds, for the supply of "Laboratory consumables" (cpv: 33790000-4, Laboratory supplies, sanitary or pharmaceutical glassware), for a period of one (1) year, budgeted expenditure of one hundred and forty-nine thousand three hundred and fifty-one euro (149,351.00€) plus VAT 24% amounting to thirty-five thousand eight hundred and forty-four euros and twenty-four cents (35,844.24€), i.e. one hundred and eighty-five thousand one hundred and ninety-five euros and twenty-four cents 185,195.24€ to cover the needs of the Health Centers under the responsibility of the 4th Health Region of Macedonia and Thrace for a period of one (1) year and with the right of unilateral extension up to one (1) year and up to the amount of one hundred and eighty five thousand one hundred and ninety-five euros and twenty-four cents (€185,195.24) including VAT Date of publication in the Official Journal of the EU on 07/09/2026. Date of submission of tenders on the electronic platform: MONDAY 12/10/2026 at 14:00 PM Date of submission of paper tenders: THURSDAY 15/10/2026 at 14:00 PM Date of opening: FRIDAY, 16/10/2026 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of the Service in front of the competent Committee. The tender will be held using the platform of the National Electronic Public Procurement System (ESIDIS) through the system's website www.promitheus.gov.gr. The system number of the announcement in ESIDIS is: 510028. The tender falls under the provisions of Law 4412/2016 (Government Gazette 147/A/2016), as amended and in force. Natural or legal persons or associations/consortia thereof or cooperatives operating in the subject of the project under assignment have the right to participate in the tender. Economic operators (bidders) are required, under penalty of exclusion, to deposit a Participation Guarantee in the tender, the amount of which should cover 2% of the estimated value of the items offered, excluding VAT. The validity period of the bids is three hundred and sixty-five (365) days, a period that begins on the day following the expiry of the deadline for submission of bids.
