The subject of this public contract is the delivery, installation and demonstration of the functionality of the Mass Spectrometer (1 pc) including accessories in the technical specification specified in Annex No. 4 of this tender documentation.
The technical solution of the subject of the public contract is specified in detail in the technical part of the tender documentation, i.e. in Annex No. 4 of this tender documentation.
All commercial and delivery terms are specified in Annex No. 3 of the ZD (Draft of the supply contract)
