Tenders Are Invited for Procurement of Solid Waste Equipment
The Government of Saint Lucia has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1]for Procurement of Solid Waste Equipment [2].
The Department of Finance, Constituency Development and People Empowerment now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for one Heavy-Duty Hydraulic Crawler Excavator, one Landfill Compactor and one Landfill Dozer to be delivered at Deglos Sanitary Landfill, Saint Lucia.
Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” Fourth Edition, November 2020 (“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
Bids will be evaluated in accordance with the evaluation process set out in the bidding documents.

The bidding document in English may be requested by interested eligible Bidders upon the submission of a written application to the address below at no cost. The document will be sent by GOSL Procurement Portal..
Bids must be delivered electronically to https://in-tendhost.co.uk/goslprocurement on or before October 28, 2026 at 9:30am. Bidders MUST submit their Bids electronically. Late Bids will be rejected.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid-Securing Declaration.
Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
