Tenders Are Invited for supply of communication products, divided into three lots as follows: - LOT NO. 1: Refurbishment and installation of a TOTEM sign; Refurbishment of the main entrance sign; Refurbishment of the sign opposite the BMSSA; Production, printing, and installation of window decals for both entrances. - LOT NO. 2: Production of a medium-sized 2027 calendar on card stock; Production of a two-sided, four-color, split-screen 2027 calendar; Greeting cards; Personalized notepads; Production of personalized document folders; Personalized certificate folders. - LOT NOS: Production of personalized pens, keychains, VSE keys, personalized standard and VIP diaries; Polo shirts, personalized VIP and standard mugs, and personalized thermoses
The award of the contract will be conducted through an Open Competitive Request for Information and Price Quotation as defined in Article 24 of Decree No. 2015-3721 /MEF-SG of October 22, 2015, which sets out the implementing procedures for the Public Procurement and Public Service Delegation Code, and is open to all eligible candidates.

Interested candidates may consult the complete tender dossier free of charge on site, or obtain a copy for a non-refundable fee of twenty-five thousand (25,000) CFA francs, every working day from 7:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the following address: Centre de Formation pour le Développement (CFD) located in Hamdallaye ACI 2000, opposite the BMS-SA headquarters. Payment is in cash. The DRPCO will be provided on site in paper form or transmitted electronically if necessary.
Bids must be submitted to the following address: Secretariat of the Training Center for Development (CFO), Hamdallaye ACI 2000, First Floor, Bamako, Republic of Mali, no later than October 1, 2028, at 12:30 a.m. Late bids will not be accepted.
