Tenders Are Invited for Outsourcing Operations for Gandhara Heritage and Citizens Club F-9 to Operate, Maintain, & Transfer (OMT)
Electronic Bidding Document (RFP), containing detailed requirements, terms and conditions
will be available for the registered bidders on EPADS by 17th September, 2026 at
www.eprocure.gov.pk.
3. Technical Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the form of Pay Order/ CDR in favor
of DDO (P&C), CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on
E-PADS and shall provide the original pay order/CDR at the time of opening of technical bids.
4. A pre-bid meeting will be held on 24th September, 2026 at 1200 hrs in the Office of the
Member Environment, CDA, Room No. 30, Block IV, CDA Secretariat G-7/4, Islamabad, to
address queries and clarifications from prospective bidders.
5. The prospective bidders are required to submit their Bids online through E-PADS at
http://eprocure.gov.pk and as per instructions contained in RFP on or before 5th October,
2026 at 1200 hrs. Manual bids shall not be accepted as per e-Pak regulations 2023. The
electronic technical Bids will be opened at 1230 hrs on 5th October, 2026 in the Office of the
Member Environment, CDA, Room No. 30, Block IV, CDA Secretariat G-7/4, Islamabad in the
presence of bidder's authorized representatives who choose to attend the bid opening
process.
6. Notification of the GRC constituted in terms of Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is
provided on EPADS at www.eprocure.gov.pk.
7. Project related information may be sought from the office of Project Director GH&CC, CDA,
Room No. 67, Old Naval HQ, G-6 Markaz, Islamabad (0300-9594256).
