Tenders Are Invited for Conducting Land Surveys, the Completion Work of the Main Cities in the Interior of the Country
the Government of the Togolese Republic Has Received Funding From the African Development Fund of the African Development Bank Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Support Project for Governance and Private Sector Development (pagdsp), and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments Under the Contracts Related to the Conduct of Land Surveys, the Completion Works of the Main Cities in the Interior of the Country. for These Contracts, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Banks Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, Except for Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
Land surveys, the work to complete the main cities in the interior of the country, divided into seven (7) lots as follows:
? Lot No. 1: Land survey for the 112,000 parcels in the cities of Dapaong and Kara;
? Lot No. 2: Land survey for the 88,000 parcels in the cities of Sokodé and Atakpamé;
? Lot No. 3: Land survey for the 50,400 parcels in the cities of Kpalimé and Notsé;
? Lot No. 4: Land survey for the 152,800 parcels in Aképé, Noepé, Mission Tove, and Kovié;
? Lot No. 5: Land survey for the 156,000 parcels in Tsévié and Davié;
? Lot No. 6: Land survey for the 103,200 parcels in Djagblé and Dalavé;
? Lot No. 7: Land survey for the 103,200 parcels in Djagblé and Dalavé;
