Tenders Are Invited for Construction of Five (05) Health Centers: Two (02) in Kémo and Three (03) in Ouaka in One (01) Single Lot
the Government of the Central African Republic Has Received a Loan/grant From the African Development Bank (afdb) to Finance the Support Project for Resilience and Food and Nutritional Security in the Prefectures of Kémo and Ouaka (parsanko) and Intends to Use Part of This Grant/loan to Make Payments Under the Contract for the Construction of Five (05) Health Centers, Including Two (04) in Kémo and Three (03) in Ouaka in a Single Lot. for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Banks Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing.
The French-language Tender Documents may be purchased by any Bidder at the address below upon payment of a non-refundable fee of One Hundred Thousand CFA Francs (100,000 CFA francs) or the equivalent in a convertible currency. The Tender Documents will be sent by airmail for international destinations or electronically. 5. Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than Thursday, October 29, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. sharp. Electronic bids will not be accepted. Late bids will be rejected.
