the Government of the Togolese Republic Has Received Funding From the African Development Fund of the African Development Bank Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Support Project for Governance and Private Sector Development (pagdsp), and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments Under the Contract: Acquisition and Processing of Images Followed By the Development of Orthophotos and Photogrammetric Restitution (parcel and Details). for This Contract, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Banks Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, Except for Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
