Tenders Are Invited for Lot I- Professional Tools and Lot Ii- Professional Equipment
the Government of the State of Eritrea Has Received Financing From the African Development Fund (adf) Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of Dekemhare Solar Pv Project and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contract for the Procurement of Lot I- Professional Tools for Personal Protective Equipment (ppe), Specialized Electrical Test Instruments, and Scientific Laboratory Tools and Lot- Ii Professional Equipment for It Infrastructure, Network Cabling, Video Conferencing, and Backup Power Equipment. for This Contract, the Grant Recipient Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 10:00 AM local time on
October 30, 2026. Submissions must include both hard copies and soft (electronic)
copies on a suitable USB flash drive or equivalent medium. Late Bids will be rejected.
Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives
and anyone who chooses to attend at the address given at the bottom of the SPN/ IFBs
below on 11:00 AM local time on October 30, 2026.
