Tenders are invited for Framework agreement (lta) with a financial service provider (fsp) such as a microfinance institution or a bank to carry out money transfers/payrolls in the north-east
Welthungerhilfe was founded in 1962. it is now one of the largest private organizations for development cooperation and humanitarian aid in germany. it is non-profit, non-partisan, and non-confessional. donations from the public finance its work in africa, asia, and latin america. in addition, welthungerhilfe receives grants from the german federal government, the european union, the united nations, and many other recognized donors worldwide. for its project in north-east haiti, in fort-liberté, titled support project for the sustainable development of the marion river watershed, funded by the european union, welthungerhilfe wishes to recruit a financial service provider (fsp) such as a microfinance institution or a bank to carry out cash transfers as part of humanitarian interventions in the regions of fort liberté, vallieres, perches, grand bassins, ouanaminthe, and in the north department for a duration of 24 months.
