Tenders : emergency procedure for the works of development of the road "ngayandi to dalot" in the city of ngong, (length 350 ml), municipality of ngong, department of benoue.
1. New Object (Additive)
The Mayor of the Commune of Ngong, Contracting Authority, launches in emergency procedure, on behalf of his commune, an open national call for tenders for the development works of the road "Ngayandi crossroads towards Dalot" in the town of Ngong (length 350 ml) Commune of Ngong .
2. Consistency of New (Additive) Benefits
The work includes, in particular:
- installations;
- Cleaning and Earthworks;
- Sanitation - drainage;
- Engineering structures - Hydraulic structures.
3. Projected Cost New(Additive)
The estimated cost of the operation following the preliminary studies is Forty million (40,000,000) FCFA .
4. Participation and Origin New(Additive)
Participation in this tender is open to all companies under Cameroonian law with expertise in the field of construction and public works.
5. New (Additive) Financing
The services covered by this consultation file are financed by the Road Fund , Fiscal Year 2026 .
6. Consultation of the New File (Addendum)
The file can be consulted during working hours in the Internal Structure for Administrative Management of Public Procurement (SIGAMP) of the Commune of Ngong, from the date of publication of this notice or on the ARMP website.
7. Acquisition of the New File (Addendum)
The tender documents can be obtained from the secretariat of the mayor of the municipality of Ngong during working hours from the publication of this notice, against payment of a non-refundable sum of forty thousand (40,000) FCFA to the Municipal Revenue Office of Ngong.
8. New(Additive) Offer Discounts
Offers written in French or English in seven (07) copies, including one (01) original and six (06) copies marked as such, must be submitted to the Secretariat of the Mayor of the Commune of NGONG, no later than 06/10/2026 at 10:00 AM local time, and must bear the following inscription:
