ii)
Procurement/NIT related information may be sought from the office of Deputy Director-P&C, CDA located at Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad in writing or by electronic mail (hom@cda.gov.pk) within 07 days from floating of the NIT. Only firms/ contractors registered with PPRA on E-PADS Version 2.0 as vendors are eligible to participate in bidding.
iii) Tender should be accompanied with Bid Security (refundable) in the form of Pay order in favor of DDO-P&C, CDA. The prospective bidders shall upload scanned copy of Bid Security on E-PADS and original will be submitted before closing time to the office of Director P&CA-II, CDA located at Block 3, Sector G-7, Islamabad.

The Pre-Bid meeting will be held 24-09-2026 at 11:00 AM in the office of the Director IT, CDA
