Open procedure:Implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality
The subject of the public procurement is implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality - zone 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, divided into the following separate positions: separate position 1: implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality - zone 1 - territory of the sofia municipality - districts: ovcha kupel, krasno selo, triaditsa, sredets, lozenets; separate position 2: implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality - zone 2 - territory of the sofia municipality - districts: vitosha, studentski, izgrev, mladost; separate position 3: implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality - zone 3 - territory of the sofia municipality - districts: pancharevo, iskar. separate position 4: implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality - zone 4 - territory of the sofia municipality - districts: kremikovtsi, poduyane, slatina; separate position 5: implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality - zone 5 - territory of the sofia municipality - districts: novi iskar, vrabnitsa, nadezhda; separate position 6: implementation of investment projects for the water supply network in the territory of the sofia municipality - zone 6 - territory of the sofia municipality - districts: banya, lyulin, krasna polyana, ilinden, vazrajdane, oborishte, serdika. the scope of construction and installation works includes, but is not limited to: earthworks - excavation and backfilling according to the requirements of the working project and/or specific instructions from the client, reflected in the bill of quantities for the assignment; installation by trench method or no-dig technology of water supply pipelines and facilities and new building water supply branches and/or reconnection of existing ones, with technical specifications and characteristics of the construction products - type, diameters, slopes, lengths, etc., according to those specified in the working projects or installation plans, concrete, formwork, and reinforcement works - when constructing inspection shafts and other facilities in the water supply network; reconstruction and/or major repairs and/or construction of new transport infrastructure and its elements including restoration of asphalt, cobblestone, crushed stone, sidewalk pavements, and others in the road or street network, taking into account the criteria for accessibility for people with disabilities. a contractor with a signed contract for a specific zone may be assigned to perform construction and installation works in another of the zones specified in this item 1 of the subject of the contract. in case a contractor with a signed contract for a specific zone is assigned construction and installation works that simultaneously engage all three required teams, the client has the right to assign construction and installation works in this zone to a contractor from another zone under the subject of this contract, who has free teams. the contractor is not guaranteed quantities of the assigned works under the contract.
