Tenders Are Invited for Acquisition of Equipment Such as Construction Machinery
the Togolese Government Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank to Finance the Rehabilitation Project of the Lomé – Cotonou Road (phase 2) and Coastal Protection, and Intends to Use Part of This Loan to Make Payments for the Procurement Contracts for Equipment Such as Construction Machinery. for These Contracts, the Borrower Will Make Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Banks Guidelines Applicable to Disbursements Under Investment Project Financing, Except for Payments for Which the Contract Stipulates That Payment Will Be Made By Letter of Credit.
