Tenders Are Invited for Supply and Delivery of Motor Vehicles
the Government of Malawi Through the Ministry of Agriculture Has Received Financing From the African Development Bank Hereinafter Called the Bank Toward the Cost of the Mitigating Fragility Through the Africa Disaster Risk Financing Programme and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds Toward Payments Under the Contracts for the Procurement of Motor Vehicles. for This Contract, the Borrower Shall Process the Payments Using the Direct Payment Disbursement Method, as Defined in the Bank’s Disbursement Guidelines and Procedures for Investment Project Financing.
delivery and supply of 2 x 15 tonne trucks. The trucks must be delivered at the Ministry Headquarters,
Capital Hill, Lilongwe.
Bids must be delivered and deposited in a tender box located near the Reception at Ministry
of Agriculture, Capitol Hill, Room Number 90, P.O Box 30134, Lilongwe, Malawi on or before
10:00 hours (local time in Malawi) on 24th October 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be
permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bids will be publicly opened in the presence of the
Bidders’ designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the address at 9
below.
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security of USD7,500.00 or equivalent in a freely
convertible currency.
