Tender Are Invited For (Consulting Services – Individual Consultant Selection) for Development of a Costed Roadmap for a Queen Conch CITES NonDetriment Finding (NDF), Including a Study Tour to Observe NDF Systems in Operation
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the
Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds
for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) comprise the development of a costed roadmap enabling Saint
Vincent and the Grenadines to operationalize a CITES-compliant Non-Detriment Finding for Queen Conch,
including the design and delivery of a study tour for national stakeholders to observe how Non-Detriment
Finding systems are designed and implemented.
Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Sustainable Development now invites eligible individual
consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants
should submit a curriculum vitae, together with a covering letter, demonstrating that they have the required
qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. This Request for Expressions of Interest is
open to all eligible individual Consultants as defined in the Procurement Regulations. Individuals employed
by a firm may express interest in their individual capacity
