Tender Are Invited For (Consulting Services – Firms Selection) Consultancy Services For The Detailed Design, Tender Documentation And Construction Supervision Of The Northwest Recreation Center (Troumaca Bay Blue Economy Facility)
Unleashing The Blue Economy Of The Caribbean (Ubec) Project
Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the
Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds
for consulting services.
The consulting services (“the Services”) comprise the detailed design, preparation of tender documentation,
and construction supervision required to complete the North West Recreation Center (Troumaca Bay Blue
Economy Facility).
The Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Sustainable Development now invites eligible consulting firms
(“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide
information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the
Services. This Request for Expressions of Interest is open to all eligible Consultants as defined in the
Procurement Regulations.
