the Objective is to Design and Deliver a Programme That Equips Staff with the Skills and Mindset for the Transition to the Era, Construction Enterprises (ces), and the Policy Unit. the Services Include: Change Management and Organizational Transition: Navigating the "human Side" of the Transition for 600 Personnel. Public-to-commercial Mindset Shift: Instilling a Commercial Service Delivery Ethos and Customer-centric Approach. Technical Entrepreneurship: Capacitating Staff Transitioning Into Ces with Business Models and Fidic Contract Management. Implementing a Training of Trainers (tot) Model Through "change Champions". Conducting Diagnostic Assessments and Training Needs Assessments (tna).
