the Government of the Central African Republic Has Received Funding From the African Development Fund (adf) and the Transition Support Fund (tsf) in Various Currencies to Contribute to the Development Project of the Multimodal Transport Corridor Pointe-noire – Brazzaville – Bangui – Ndjamena Phase 1, and Intends to Use Part of the Funds Granted Under This Donation to Finance the Services of An Individual Consultant Responsible for Updating the Manual of Administrative, Accounting, and Financial Procedures of the Cd13 Project.
