Tenders Are Invited for Provision of One (1) High-slope Tractor with a Front-mounted Flail Mower & Mulcher for Shape
You are kindly requested to submit your best offer to this office for the Provision of one (1) High-Slope
Tractor with a Front-Mounted Flail Mower & mulcher for SHAPE in accordance with Part I and Part II
of the present Request for Quotation (RFQ).
Our intent is to award a contract based on the lowest price technically compliant bid for the equipment
requested under this solicitation process. Delivery of the equipment is expected to be completed before
the end of 2026.
Any clarifications to this RFQ may be requested to the Contracting Office by 28/09/2026.
2. Your price offer shall be submitted in EURO, on the attached Price Proposal Format in Annex hereto. Your
offer shall include any additional supporting information for the quoted price.
3. The present request in no way obligates SHAPE. Research, survey or other expenses incurred in preparing
a reply to this request will not be reimbursed by SHAPE unless otherwise stipulated.
4. When building up your offer, you are to be aware that in accordance with Article VIII of the Paris Protocol
dated 28 Aug 1952, Article 151 of the COUNCIL DIRECTIVE 2006/112/EC dated 28 November 2006, items
delivered under the prospective contract shall be exempt from taxes (i.e.: VAT).
5. Your offer shall be written in English.
