Tenders Are Invited for Works for the Construction of Community Adaptation Infrastructures, Crossing and Drainage of River Waters
Bids must be submitted to the address below no later than 10:00 AM GMT on November 5, 2026. Electronic submissions will not be permitted. Late bids will not be accepted. Bids will be opened in the presence of representatives of the bidders and other persons present at the address below.
7. Bids must be accompanied by a bid security (bank guarantee) for each lot in the following amounts:
? Lot 1: Four million (4,000,000) CFA francs;
? Lot 2: Four million five hundred thousand (4,500,000) CFA francs;
? Lot 3: Three million (3,000,000) CFA francs;
? Lot 4: Two million five hundred thousand (2,500,000) CFA francs.
the Government of the Republic of Mali Has Received Funding From the African Development Bank (adb), Hereinafter Referred to as the Bank, to Finance the Integrated Development and Climate Change Adaptation Program (pidacc/bn-mali), and Intends to Use Part of These Funds to Make Payments Under the Contract: Works for the Implementation of Community Adaptation Infrastructure, Crossing, and Rainwater Drainage in Four (4) Lots.
