Expression of interest for Consultancy Services for the Provision of Integrated Road Safety Audit and Road Safety Awareness and Sensitization Services
the Federal Government of Somalia Has Received Financing From the African Development Fund (adf) Towards the Cost of the Somalia Road Infrastructure Programme – Additional Financing (hoa–somalia–djibouti–ethiopia Corridor), and Intends to Apply Part of the Proceeds of These Grants to Make Eligible Payments Under the Contract for Consultancy Services for the Provision of Integrated Road Safety Audit and Road Safety Awareness and Sensitization Services for the Beledweyne–kalabeyr Road (22 Km).
Eligibility criteria, establishment of the short-list and the selection procedure shall be in accordance
with the African Development Bank’s “Procurement Policy for Bank Group Funded Operations”
dated October 2015, which is available on the Bank’s website at http://www.afdb.org.
Interested consultants may obtain further information and clarifications at the address below during
office hours 08:30 – 16:00 Hours local time on Saturday – Wednesdays, and 08:30 – 13:00
Hours local time on Thursdays except on Public Holidays.
Expressions of interest in English must be delivered in written form or by electronic submissions
and clearly marked “Consultancy Services for the provision of integrated road safety audit
and road safety / social risk sensitization services “to the address below on or before 11th
October 2026 13:00 Hours(1:00pm) local time. The format for electronic submission shall be PDF.
