Expression of interest for Individual Consultancy, Technical Lead
Interested consultants may obtain further information and clarifications at the address below
during office hours 08:30 – 16:00 Hours local time on Saturday – Wednesdays, and 08:30 –
13:00 Hours local time on Thursdays except on Public Holidays.
Expressions of interest in English must be delivered in written form or by electronic submissions
and clearly marked “Expression of Interest for Individual Consultant – Technical Lead” to
the address below on or before 15th October 2026 by 13:00 Hours (1:00pm) local time. The
format for electronic submission shall be PDF, not exceeding 50 MB per file
the Government of Somaliland Has Applied for Additional Financing From the African Development Fund (adf) Towards the Cost of the Somaliland/somalia Road Infrastructure Programme -additional Financing- (hoa – Somalia – Djibouti – Ethiopia Corridor) and Intends to Apply Part of Proceeds of These Grants Towards Eligible Payments Under the Individual Consultancy Contract for a Technical Lead.
