Tenders are invited for The delegation of the management of the public sanitation service in Chiajna commune, Ilfov county, consists of carrying out the following activities: A. Separate collection and transport of municipal waste (including similar) residual; B. Separate collection and transport of municipal waste (including similar) biodegradable (biowaste); C. Separate collection and transport of municipal waste (including similar) recyclable and from packaging; D. Separate collection and transport of bulky municipal waste (both on request and by organizing campaigns); E. Separate collection and transport of waste resulting from construction and demolition activities; F. Collection and transport of waste abandoned on public land; G. Manual sweeping; H. Mechanical sweeping; I. Emptying street bins and other public maintenance activities; J. Sprinkling the roadway; K. Mechanical washing; L. Mechanical washing performed with a service (manual washing); M. Cleaning of ditches; N. Ice prevention; O. Snow plowing; P. Manual cleaning of snow as well as manual breaking of ice; Q. Transport of snow; The deadline by which any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the awarding documentation is 20 days before the deadline for submitting offers. The contracting authority will respond to clarification requests on the 16th day before the submission date of the offers, according to art.70 (8) letter b) of Law no. 100/2016. Estimated value excluding VAT: 703232481.01 RON.
