Notice of Call for Recruitment of an office responsible for project monitoring and evaluation services
The Togolese Agency for Rural Electrification and Renewable Energies (AT2ER) is launching the Notice of Solicitation of International Expressions of Interest No. 008/AT2ER-PER172 relating to the recruitment of an office responsible for the monitoring and evaluation services of the project to extend the medium and low voltage electricity network in 172 rural localities in Togo .
This mission aims to ensure the monitoring and evaluation of the electrification project of 172 localities by extending the medium and low voltage electricity distribution network.
The project includes, in particular:
(i) the construction of approximately 1,104 km of MV network ;
(ii) the construction of approximately 307 km of LV network ;
(iii) the installation of 173 MV/LV substations ;
(iv) the connection of approximately 7,178 rural customers to the electricity network.
The market consists of a single lot .
