Tenders Are Invited for renovation of the Ipolytarnóc Fossils Nature Reserve Visitor Center within the framework of the project
The contracting authority announces a tender for the provision of full-scale technical inspection activities related to the renovation of the Ipolytarnóc Fossils Nature Reserve Visitor Center within the framework of the project with identification number HUSK/2401/02/2.4/014, #geopass2 - "Complex development of tourism attractions in the territory of the Novohrad-Nógrád Geopark" .
The tasks to be performed by the successful tenderer are contained in Section 16 (3) of Government Decree 191/2009 (IX. 15.) on construction activities.
The relevant implementation plan documentation and budget are attached in digital form.
The construction and technical inspection covers the following areas:
Location 1 :
Construction of a new, deep-well heat pump system in the main building, adapted to the current system.
Location 2 :
Construction of new, unisex toilet blocks in the attic of the youth accommodation building. Modernization of the water supply and sewage system in the youth accommodation building. Construction of structured cabling and Wi-Fi coverage in the accommodation building. Construction of a weatherproof, outdoor data transmission backbone towards the nature trail and the Miocene forest.
Location 3 :
Structural renovation of the roof of the underground room serving to house and protect the ancient tree of Ipolytartnóc.
Location 4 :
Tasks next to the main building: renovation of the existing viewing pond bed and structures: aesthetic and structural reconstruction of the boundary walls for tourist use, landscape design of the lakeside environment, construction of pipelines for the continuous circulation and oxygenation of the lake water.
Location 5 :
Construction of a pipeline system for controlled recharge, ensuring the balance of the water balance of the lake located in the central area, and related environmental landscape design.
The deadline for submitting bids is October 1, 2026.
