Tenders Are Invited for Carrying Out Exploratory Core Drilling and Associated Tests for Chamkharchhu II Hydropower Project, Zhemgang Dzongkhag and Chamkharchhu IV Hydropower Project, Bumthang Dzongkhag
Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 3.00 pm Bhutan Standard Time (BST)
on November 9, 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected.
The outer Bid envelopes marked “ORIGINAL BID”, and the inner envelopes marked
“TECHNICAL PART” will be publicly opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated
representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the address below on November 9, 2026
at 3.30 pm (BST). All envelopes marked “FINANCIAL PART” shall remain unopened and will
be held in safe custody of the Employer until the second public Bid opening.
7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” as under:
i. Lot I: Exploratory Core Drilling and Associated Tests at Head Works and HRT for
Chamkharchhu II HPP: USD 3,000 (United States Dollar Three Thousand) only or
equivalent BTN 239,000.00
ii. Lot II: Exploratory Core Drilling and Associated Tests at HRT and Powerhouse
Chamkharchhu II HPP: USD 2,000 (United States Dollar Two Thousand) only or
equivalent to BTN 207,000.00
iii. Lot III: Exploratory Core Drilling and Associated Tests at Head Works and HRT for
Chamkharchhu IV HPP: USD 2,000 (United States Dollar Two Thousand) only or
equivalent to BTN 204,000.00
iv. Lot IV: Exploratory Core Drilling and Associated Tests at HRT and Powerhouse for
Chamkharchhu IV HPP: USD 2,000 (United States Dollar Two Thousand) only or
equivalent to BTN 226,000.00
