Announcement of competition: Electric waste collection vehicles in several subcontracts Background The client has a need to procure several new waste collection vehicles as part of the replacement of older vehicles and to meet an increased capacity need in the waste collection service. The procurement aims to ensure a reliable, future-oriented, and adequately dimensioned vehicle fleet for various collection and transport tasks. The need includes several types of vehicles adapted to different routes and operational tasks. The vehicles must be usable under varying operating conditions, and the client therefore requires deliveries suitable for regular waste collection operations, including associated service and follow-up needs. All vehicles procured must be electric. To facilitate appropriate competition, good market adaptation, and efficient contract follow-up, the procurement is planned to be divided into separate subcontracts per vehicle type. Description of the assignment The procurement concerns the complete delivery of electric waste collection vehicles in several categories. The delivery includes both standard waste collection vehicles and special vehicles for various waste collection and transport purposes, including vehicles with, among other things, automatic lifts, multiple chambers, hook lifts, lifts, cranes, and flatbeds. The procurement is divided into 7 subcontracts. Suppliers can submit bids for one or more subcontracts. It is also possible to submit multiple bids within the same subcontract. The client seeks bids for the following vehicles: 9 pcs. 6x2 waste collection vehicles, 1-chamber with automatic lift 4 pcs. 4x2 waste collection vehicles, 1-chamber with chamber lift 1 pc. 6x2 waste collection vehicle, 2-chamber with short wheelbase 1 pc. 6x2 lift dumper 1 pc. 6x2 hook lift 1 pc. 8x4 waste collection vehicle with crane and washing system 1 pc. 6x2 flatbed truck with crane The delivery must be complete and include the necessary vehicles with superstructures and relevant equipment for the applicable usage areas. In addition, a service agreement, access to spare parts, and telematics must be included. More detailed requirements for performance, technical specifications, functionality, and contract structure will be outlined in the competition basis and associated requirement specification.
