Tender Are Invited For SANITARY SEWER SYSTEM IMPROVEMENTS
DIVISION B: PUMP STATION REPLACEMENT
The Project includes the following Work:
1. Remove and replace (2) sanitary effluent pump stations with new duplex submersible effluent
pump stations:
a. Pump Station #1 located at the corner of Pine St. and North St. Station shall be rated at
100 GPM to include the following:
i. Prefabricated fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) wetwell structure including
pumps, guiderails, and float system.
ii. Valve manhole including bypass, mechanical piping, and valves
iii. Sanitary sewer / force main modifications
iv. Control panel and remote telemetry
v. Generator and automatic transfer switch
vi. Site electrical / natural gas
vii. Access drive and landscaping
b. Pump Station #2 located at the corner Rushton St. and E. State St. Station shall be rated
at 50 GPM to include the following:
i. Prefabricated fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) wetwell structure including
pumps, guiderails, and float system.
ii. Valve manhole including bypass, mechanical piping, and valves
iii. Sanitary sewer / force main modifications
iv. Control panel and remote telemetry
v. Generator and automatic transfer switch
vi. Site electrical / natural gas
vii. Access drive
2. Remove and replace (3) cluster effluent pump stations with new duplex submersible effluent
pump stations located near Main St. Each station is rated to meet or exceed original design
points of the following: 0 GPM; 30 GMP; and 80 GPM.
a. Proposed cluster stations will include the following:
i. Prefabricated fiberglass reinforced polyester (FRP) wetwell structure including
pump, guiderail, float system, mechanical piping, and valves
ii. Control panel etc.
