Request for Proposal (rfp): Design Consultancy Services for the New Department of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Climate Change Office Complex, Kunua Boat Stop–Buka Town, Autonomous Region of Bougainville
The Australian Papua New Guinea Subnational (APSP) program through its Bougainville Partnership program (BP) are implementing infrastructure projects that are in partnership with the Government of Papua New Guinea and the Government of Australia to construct a range of building projects across Autonomous Region of Bougainville (ARoB).
The Department of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Climate Change requires a new office complex at Kunua Boat Stop–Buka Town to support its expanded mandate, projected staffing growth of positions and long-term institutional role in the Autonomous Region of Bougainville. The facility is expected to provide fit-for-purpose office, executive, technical, meeting, records, staff amenity and external service areas.
Scope of Services
The Australia – Papua New Guinea Subnational Program- Bougainville Partnership is looking to engage design consultants to validate existing design brief, undertake investigations, develop architectural and engineering designs and cost estimates for the new Department of Fisheries, Marine Resources and Climate Change Office Complex at Kunua Boat Stop–Buka Town.
