the Guinean Government Has Obtained a Loan From the African Development Bank (adb) Amounting to 10.64 Million Units of Account (ua) to Finance the Implementation of the Project to Support Industrial Development and the Resilience of Small and Medium Enterprises (padirpme), and Intends to Use Part of the Funds Granted Under This Loan to Finance the Service Contract of An Individual Technical Assistant Consultant to Support the Fodip in the Development of Fundraising Tools, the Drafting of Terms of Reference, and Related Tools.
