Request for quotation(RFQ): Procurement and supply of raw materials and equipment for agriculture and livestock projects - northen state

Through immediate relief and self-sustaining development programs, Add invests in practical and effective solutions. The purpose of this request for proposals (RFP) seeks competitive proposals from qualified service providers for agriculture and livestock activities for the supply and procurement of assorted inputs and materials for agriculture and livestock benefiting internally displaced persons (IDPs), returnees, and host communities in Northern State – Wadi Halfa. The bid submission requirements include a valid business registration certificate and operator’s license, company profile, valid tax clearance certificate, three satisfactory-performance recommendation letters or completion certificates confirming a good track record, and other specified documents. Bid prices and price changes must be clearly stated, and bids shall remain valid for 30 working days from the bid-opening date. The original bid must be signed by the bidder or an authorized person, and all bids must be submitted no later than 4:00 p.m. Sudan time on 8 October 2026.
