1. Context
The National Development Plan (NDP) 2026-2030 aims to increase the industrial sector's contribution to approximately 30% of GDP by 2030, through the creation of regional agro-industrial parks, priority industrial clusters, and new industrial zones. To mobilize private investment, the Ministry of Trade, Industry, and Handicrafts, through SOGEDI, is launching this Call for Expressions of Interest (CEI) for economic operators, investors, developers, and groups interested in developing industrial zones in Côte d'Ivoire.
2. Purpose of the call for expressions of interest
This call for expressions of interest aims to pre-select national and international private operators, alone or in groups, with the technical and financial expertise required to carry out, according to the chosen arrangement (PPP concession, BOT/BOOT, project company, joint venture, EPC+F, DBFOT), all or part of the following missions: preliminary and technical studies, financing, design and execution of development and infrastructure works, construction of shared industrial infrastructure, marketing of lots and attraction of investors, management, operation and maintenance of industrial zones.
3. Industrial zones concerned
Fifteen (15) sites distributed across the entire national territory (Abidjan-PK103-120, Songon, Dabou, Bouaké, Daloa, Gagnoa, Dimbokro, Séguéla, Man, Bondoukou, Korhogo, Odienné, Katiola, Ferkéssedougou, Boundiali).
