According to the terms and specifications in the tender document, applicants must attach the documents listed below: 1/ Company CV 2/ Financial capacity certificate dated for the financial year of the tender. 3/ A copy of the tax clearance certificate dated for the financial year, and the awarded tenderer is obliged to present the original. 4/ Registration certificate from the commercial registrar. 5/ VAT registration certificate. 6/ Bank statement for the last six months up to the date of the tender. 7/ Fill and attach the tender document including all required details. 8/ A letter addressed to Practical Action containing (confirmation of the type and quantities of the required service / total amount of the tender including VAT / the time required to complete the service on site / name, address, phone number, and signature of the authorized person from the tendering entity). 9/ Submit the above documents in a sealed envelope with red wax, labeled (attached sticker - this data must be affixed to the tender envelope). Tender number / tender name / name of the tenderer and their address and phone numbers. 10/ Each envelope must contain only one tender, meaning no submission of more than one tender in one envelope. 11/ Applicants wishing to submit must separate the financial offer from the technical offer due to the existence of two different committees for financial evaluation and another separate for technical evaluation. 12/ The documents submitted for the tender are non-returnable. 13/ Any applicant not meeting the above requirements will be excluded from the competition.
