Tenders are invited for Framework agreement for the repair of road surfaces The purpose of the public contract is to conclude a framework agreement with one supplier for the execution of construction works, repairs of road surfaces in the cadastral area of Frenštát pod Radhoštem according to the requirements of the client specified further in the contract and arising from the tender documentation for the public contract and/or applicable legal regulations and CSN standards. The subject of the contract is the execution of the following activities: - preparation of documentation for the execution of construction (DPS) or technical solution according to the nature of the repair (the technical solution should include: map background with a delineation of the scope of the work performed; textual description and itemized budget including unit prices); - removal of the asphalt concrete surface of the road including transport to a landfill within 5 km or disposal with subsequent provision of weight slips and a declaration of disposal or recycling; - "provision of documents on legal disposal, storage or recycling of all types of construction debris and waste generated during the execution of the work, including the submission of relevant weight slips; ensuring the collection of samples and laboratory assessment of the milled asphalt mixture (R-material) by an accredited laboratory to determine qualitative and ecological classification (especially the content of PAH); - laying a new asphalt concrete surface including sealing of working joints; - supplementation and restoration of individual structural layers; - adjustment and supplementation of paving, curbs, drainage manholes and inlets and their connections, height adjustment of water and gas valve areas and adjacent driveways and sidewalk bodies, establishment of edges from recycled asphalt concrete, installation of transverse drainage and channel blocks; - adjustment of unpaved areas affected by construction, terrain adjustments, humus application and seeding with grass seed; - ensuring the protection of root systems and tree trunks in the protective zone of the road and protection of existing networks against damage including discussions with the relevant authorities and owners; - restoration or new implementation of permanent horizontal and vertical traffic signage; - restoration and establishment of speed bumps; - ensuring temporary traffic signage for traffic restrictions; - for individual managers of engineering networks, requesting statements on the existence of networks and subsequently ordering the marking of networks in the field; - ensuring a position on special use and placement of traffic signage with the relevant department of the traffic inspectorate of the Czech Police and the City Office of Frenštát pod Radhoštem, building authority and urban planning department; - ensuring discussions and obtaining a favorable opinion on the temporary relocation of bus stops with the affected public transport operators and relevant authorities, including the physical implementation of this relocation and installation of replacement signs; - ensuring notification of citizens directly affected by construction works; - preparation of a geodetic survey of the actual execution of the construction by an authorized surveyor; - allowing employees or representatives of the grant provider, control authority or client to enter the contractors premises and conduct an inspection of documents related to the construction works; - keeping a construction diary from the day of commencement of construction works, which will be accessible daily at the place of performance; the contractor is obliged to clearly record all facts relevant to the fulfillment of the partial contract in the construction diary; - taking photographic documentation of the performance before the commencement of construction works, during their course and after the completion of the performance; - providing a declaration of conformity, attestations, certificates and other relevant documents proving the required properties and quality of all materials and products incorporated into the work.
