Request for Proposal: Group Medical Insurance Services – Heifer Kenya
Heifer International Kenya invites qualified, reputable, and licensed medical insurance providers to submit proposals for comprehensive medical coverage for approximately 130 beneficiaries, including employees, eligible spouses, children, dependents, and interns. The required services include inpatient and outpatient care, maternity, dental, optical, emergency and evacuation services, chronic disease management, mental health support, wellness programs, telemedicine, and other value-added benefits. The anticipated coverage period is January 1 through December 31, 2027, with an option for renewal based on satisfactory performance, budget availability, and mutual agreement.
Interested bidders must satisfy all mandatory and technical requirements detailed in the full RFP, including licensing, financial capacity, experience, and access to a strong healthcare provider network throughout Kenya. Questions must be submitted to procurement-ke@heifer.org by Friday, October 23, 2026.
