Request for Proposal: Group Life Insurance Cover – Heifer Kenya
Heifer International Kenya invites qualified, reputable, and licensed insurance underwriters to submit proposals for comprehensive Group Life Insurance coverage for approximately 40 employees. The selected provider will deliver death-in-service, permanent total disability, funeral expense, and critical illness benefits, supported by timely claims administration, responsive customer service, employee training, and value-added services. The anticipated coverage period is December 1, 2026, through November 30, 2027, with an option for renewal based on satisfactory performance, budget availability, and mutual agreement.
Interested bidders must meet the mandatory eligibility and technical requirements outlined in the full RFP. Questions may be submitted to procurement-ke@heifer.org by Friday, October 23, 2026.
