Expression of interest for Short-term Consultancies for Scope Project
The African Union Inter African Bureau of Animal Resources (AU-IBAR) has received financing from the
Pandemic Fund through the African Development Bank toward the cost of the Strengthening One Health
Capacities for Enhanced Pandemic Preparedness and Response in the Lake Chad Basin (SCOPE) and intends to
apply part of the agreed amount for this grant to payments under the contract for Short-term Consultancies.
The services included under this project are Short-term consultancies for each of the following positions:
i. Animal Health Delivery Systems Expert
ii. Animal Health Digital Systems Expert
iii. Anti-Microbial Resistance Specialist
iv. One Health policy and governance Expert
v. One HealthWorkforce Systems Expert
vi. Strategic Partnership and Resources mobilization Expert
vii. Ecosystem management Health Expert
viii. Finance Officer Consultant
ix. Monitoring and Evaluation Expert
x. Project Assistant
xi. Communications andAdvocacy Expert
xii. Project Procurement Specialist
