Tenders are invited for Establishment of a dynamic procurement system for the investment and ongoing maintenance of residential buildings, business premises, schools, and other buildings, taking into account environmental aspects. The contracting authority is announcing a public procurement with the aim of establishing a dynamic procurement system (hereinafter: DPS) for investment and ongoing maintenance in residential buildings, business premises, community centers of the City Municipality of Kranj, schools, and other buildings, considering environmental aspects. The order is divided into 2 categories: 1. CATEGORY – MAINTENANCE WORKS OF LOWER VALUE and 2. CATEGORY – MAINTENANCE WORKS OF HIGHER VALUE. The contracting authority will order individual investment and ongoing maintenance works within category 1, whose estimated value will be up to and including 33,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. The contracting authority will order individual investment and ongoing maintenance works within category 2, whose estimated value will exceed 33,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. The contracting authority explains that the estimated value of individual public procurement will generally not exceed the estimated value of 400,000.00 EUR excluding VAT. Estimated value excluding VAT: 2,820,000.00 EUR.
