Tenders are invited for Trailer parts according to specification for :The general objective of the project is to increase the energy efficiency of two multi-family residential buildings located in the municipality of caransebe?, on cazarmii street. the project contributes to improving the energy performance of 2 residential blocks by implementing a set of technical measures that will significantly contribute to reducing energy consumption and increasing the thermal comfort of the residents. additionally, the investment aligns with the sustainable development directions promoted at the local and regional level, contributing to reducing energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, in accordance with the objectives of the west regional program 2021–2027, which aims to increase the energy efficiency of buildings and environmental protection. by implementing the proposed measures, the project aligns with the requirements established by european and national legislation regarding the energy performance of buildings, contributing to achieving the targets for reducing energy consumption and decarbonizing the construction sector. the investment complements the efforts of the local public authority to modernize and increase the energy efficiency of residential buildings, having a direct impact on improving usability conditions, reducing operating costs, and protecting the environment. the proposed investment aims to complement the efforts of the uat municipality of caransebe? for energy efficiency of buildings, both from the perspective of environmental responsibility and through the benefits of comfort and safety provided to users. proposed works through the technical project: a. block 11, staircase b and staircase c – cazarmii street, municipality of caransebe?. the technical project provides for works to increase the energy efficiency of the building, without interventions to strengthen the load-bearing structure. the existing roof structure is removed, as well as the non-circulating terrace area. in their place, a new wooden roof structure is created, covered with ceramic tiles, over the entire surface of the building. the rainwater collection system, i.e., gutters and downspouts, is also replaced, and snow guards are installed. the ceiling above the last floor is thermally insulated with basalt mineral wool. the exterior walls are thermally insulated with a thermal system made of basalt mineral wool, finished with decorative plaster. the plinth and the contours of the window and door openings are also insulated. degraded plasters are repaired, and the access canopies are waterproofed. all external joinery, windows, and access doors are replaced with energy-efficient pvc joinery, with triple glazing. the perimeter sidewalks and access steps are redone, and access to the building is arranged for people with disabilities. for installations, the lighting in the staircase is replaced with led lighting fixtures with motion sensors. a photovoltaic panel system is installed on the roof for the consumption of common areas. b. block 15, staircase a and staircase b – cazarmii street, municipality of caransebe?. the technical project provides for works to increase the energy efficiency of the building, without interventions to strengthen the load-bearing structure. the existing roof structure is removed, and a new wooden roof structure is created, covered with ceramic tiles. gutters and downspouts are replaced, and snow guards are installed. measures are also taken to secure the gables and chimneys. the ceiling above the last floor is thermally insulated with basalt mineral wool. the ceiling above the basement is thermally insulated on the basement side. the exterior walls are thermally insulated with a thermal system made of basalt mineral wool, finished with decorative plaster. the plinth and the contours of the window and door openings are also insulated. degraded plasters are repaired, and the access canopies are waterproofed. more information can be found in the technical documentation and specifications.
