Operation and Maintenance of CDC and IESD building - Providing Manpower for Operation and maintenance of Electrical Installation including fans, Compound/ Security light and attending day to day electrical complaints, cleaning of ceiling fans & other electrical accessories, operation of Water Pump Sets, DG Sets, UPS, Electrical work related with running /maintenance of electrical sub-station, HT & LT Panel on all days including Sunday & Holidays at CDC Building & IESD Building, BHU, Varanasi as required by engineer in charge. For CDC Building & IESD : 1 No. Supervisor- 10AM to 6PM 1 No. Wireman per shift x 3 shift = 3 Nos. Wireman 1 No. Khallasi per shift x 3 shift = 3 Nos. Khallasi -Providing manpower for Operation of the Fire Fighting System & Fire Alarm System installed at CDC Building & IESD Building BHU, Varanasi (U.P.) i/c provision of daily consumable items such as battery water, washer for coupling etc., gaskets, nut-bolts, packing, glands, thimbles, ICs, fuses etc. as required, and deployment of the following manpower, Providing manpower for operation of the HVAC system, installed at CDC Building, BHU, Varanasi (U.P.) i/c deployment of the following manpower Steel/Aluminium Ladder 1.5 m to 8 m., Chase cutting machines., Electrical wire drawing equipment., Torque wrench for nut/bolt/screws., Conduit die set., Pipe vice., Bench vice., L.T. Meggar 500/1000 volts., Tong Tester., Multimeter., Hydraulically operated & hand operated crimping machine., Earth tester., Portable Ordinary drilling machine., Portable Hammer drilling machine., Overhead conduit puller at BHU.
