Qualification system:24??-?19?147 delivery, installation and maintenance of new air-conditioning equipment, out-of-warranty maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation systems
The contracting authority creates the current qualification system (cs) on the basis of art. 141, para. 1 of the public procurement act (ppa), in order to carry out a preliminary selection of business entities to be entered in the cs and to participate in the subsequent procedures conducted by the contracting authority for the award of public contracts falling within the scope of the cs, with a subject : delivery, installation and maintenance of new air-conditioning equipment, out-of-warranty maintenance of air-conditioning and ventilation systems.
the subject of cs contains 3 (three) categories, namely:
category no. 1: delivery, installation and periodic maintenance of new air conditioning systems;
category no. 2: delivery, installation and commissioning of heat pumps and additional heating equipment;
category no. 3: out-of-warranty maintenance of available air conditioning and ventilation equipment.
entries may be submitted for one, more or all categories.
the contracting authoritys facilities are located on the territory of the republic of bulgaria and include dam areas (dar), hydroelectric power plants (hpp), pumped-storage hydroelectric power plant (shp), recreation centers and administrative buildings.
