Tenders Are Invited for : Rfi Na Swiadczenie Uslugi Dostarczania Prognoz Generacji Wiatrowej Z Farm Wiatrowych Przylaczonych Do Krajowego Systemu Elektroenergetycznego Dla Pse S.a., Z Wykorzystaniem Innych, Niz Statystyczne, Metod Prognozowania (provision of Wind Power Generation Forecasts From Wind Farms Connected to Polish Power System for Pse S.a., with the Use of Other Than Statistical Method for the Provision of the Wind Power Forecasts).
service Specification: 1. Wind Power Forecasting Service (hereinafter the Service) for the Installed Capacity of 10,5 Gw in Polish Power System (hereinafter: Kse That is An Abbreviation From “krajowy System Elektroenergetyczny”) at the Present Date, with the Potential Increase of Up to 13 Gw. 2. the Service is to Be Provided in Continuous Manner as Specified Below: 2.1. 64 Aggregation Areas to Be Forecasted (with the Potential Increase of Up to 100), 2.2. 125 Individual Wind Farms to Be Forecasted (with the Potential Increase of Up to 200), 2.3. 10 Day Forecast Horizon with Time Resolution of 15 Min Updated Every 15 Min. Pse Will Made Available Both Real Time and Historical Production Data That Pse Handles for the Assets Mentioned Above. 3. Start of the Service (operational Delivery of Forecasts) – 01.03.2025. 4. End of the Service (operational Delivery of Forecasts) – 28.02.2027.
