Tenders Are Invited for Charleroi - Spf Interior - Dbm Technical Studies, Construction and Maintenance of a New Closed Center for Illegal Immigrants
This contract concerns the technical studies, construction and maintenance (for a period of 9 years) of a closed centre for illegal immigrants in Charleroi. To carry out this project, the contracting authority is using a Design light, Build & Maintain (DBM) type contract through a competitive procedure with negotiation, in application of Article 38 § 1 1°b) of the law of 17 June 2016 on public contracts. It is important to note that the "Design light" part will mainly concern the studies of special techniques (HVAC, electricity, elevator, etc.), stability studies and the establishment of the execution file. Indeed, a project has been studied by the Building Authority and an application for a Single Permit was submitted on 21 May 2024 to the City of Charleroi. The successful tenderer's mission will therefore begin after obtaining the Single Permit. In the selection phase, a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 candidates will be selected, who will receive the award guide in order to submit an offer.
