Dynamic Acquisition System – Supply contract for the acquisition, installation and maintenance of medical equipment in the Democratic Republic of Congo RESTRICTED PROCEDURE This call for tenders concerns a restricted procedure, i.e. a procedure that will be carried out in two phases. This document concerns the call for applications; first stage. The first stage, called the selection phase, will consist of the evaluation of requests for participation based on the exclusion and selection criteria of these specifications. Please note that certain terms of the specifications are confidential and will only be accessible to selected candidates. For the second stage, called the award phase, only selected candidates will be invited to submit an offer and will receive unrestricted access to the specifications. This phase consists of awarding the contract after evaluation of the offers based on the award criteria
