Open Procedure:granting the Right to Use Microsoft Software Products and Accompanying Professional Services
the Subject of the Public Procurement is Granting the Right to Use Microsoft Software Products and Related Professional Services, Including:
delivery of Software Products, Including the Subscription Right of Use;
provision of the Right to Use Software Insurance Under the Terms of the Microsoft Corporate Subscription License Agreement;
provision of Accompanying Professional Services By the Contractor.
detailed Information on the Technical Requirements and Conditions for Implementation is Contained in the Technical Specification of the Contracting Authority - Appendix No. 1 to This Documentation. the Requirements Specified in the Technical Specification Are Minimum and Mandatory for the Participants.
