Tenders are invited for 01 National Team Leader to support formulation of GCF SAP Project
UNDP Viet Nam is seeking to engage ATeam leaderamong the three national experts in order to set up a team to support UNDP Country Office (CO) and Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, specifically to:
- Develop a Concept Notefor the SAP GCF project in alignment with all of GCF requirements tentatively titled Strengthening Climate Services for resilient development in Viet Nam (SCSV);and
- Develop the Project Proposalto support strengthening the use of domestic climate services in agriculture, promote food and water security, and enhance climate change adaptation efforts, in alignment with the SAP GCF program requirements, including scope, content, impact indicators, co-financing, and engagement with the National Designated Authority (NDA), as well as in alignment with the strategic direction of the local and provincial Governments and the Government of Viet Nam.
The team will work under the supervision of Head of CCE UNDP CO, MONRE’s focal point and be advised by the International Programme Management Specialist. The team will collaborate closely with national partners, stakeholders and other experts during the assignment.
