Tender: Supply of goods and services in 2025
The Public Foundation “Institute for Youth Development” (hereinafter referred to as IYD) hereby invites interested participants to submit tender applications for the following Lots for the conclusion of an agreement during 2025:
Lot No. 1. Catering services (lunches and coffee breaks) in Bishkek and Chui region – The cost of services should include delivery, products should always be fresh and meet GOST requirements.
Lot No. 2. Provision of office supplies (folders, A4 paper, pens, notebooks, notepads, diaries, markers, flips, stickers, etc.) – Products will be purchased based on applications and requests from the organization.
Lot No. 3. Printing services (design, printing of brochures, banners, posters, publications, textbooks, production of branded products (merch), etc.) – Readiness for multitasking, high-quality and timely performance of services.
Lot No. 4. Transportation services in Bishkek and throughout the Kyrgyz Republic, neighboring countries - The cost of services must include the cost of fuel and lubricants and technical maintenance of vehicles. Services must be provided on time and at the proper level (clean interior, seat belts, technical serviceability of transport, etc.), the contractor is responsible for the life and health of passengers.
